Our more compact cottage offers all the rustic charm on a slightly smaller scale. Double glazing throughout and newly fitted electric radiators in every room assures a warm atmosphere during cold rural evenings.

The entrance door opens into an open plan kitchen, dining, living space with original beams, slate tiled floor, apex ceiling and two beautiful arched windows looking out onto the farm paddock. 

The kitchen is equipped with an oven/grill, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle in addition to all the equipment you’ll need for eating in.

The living area boasts a 2 seater sofa and armchair, freeview TV, and basic wifi, with views over the neighbouring farms paddock.

The beamed bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a kingsize bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and hanging space. The bed is dressed with cotton sheets and a warm duvet, extra blankets available and towels included, a hairdryer is also provided.

In the ensuite there is a large shower area, basin, WC and heated towel radiator and electrical shaving point.

The cottage is next to a farm track so there is regular farm traffic.
